More Than Magic

magic0002More Than Magic, Geri Childs' current CD, contains some of her favourite songs from the movies and the folk and pop world and is a personal reflection on the songs that have influenced Geri not only as a singer, but as the person she is today.

The music was arranged in a quiet jazz style by Ottawa composer/arranger Mark Ferguson. The musicians accompanying Geri on More Than Magic include Mark Ferguson on piano and trombone, John Geggie on bass, Margaret Tobolowska on cello and Rob Graves on percussion.
